Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Gladiator LightWORX, we value both your time and the time of our providers. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Appointments canceled with 24 hours’ notice or less will incur a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service cost.
- No-show appointments (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice) will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Gladiator LightworX.
