Bill Grovatt is the Founder and CEO of Gladiator Therapeutics, where for the past eight years he has led the development and commercialization of a patented, non-powered far-infrared ceramic technology designed to support the body’s natural processes of regulation, recovery, and repair.

Under Grovatt’s leadership, Gladiator has advanced from an innovative technology concept into a growing therapeutic platform supported by clinical research and applications across human health, sleep, recovery, and animal wellness. The company’s technologies include the Gladiator IRX Bed, SomniCera™ therapeutic pillow, and a growing portfolio of equine and companion-animal products.

Grovatt also spearheaded the development of the Gladiator LightWORX Institute, where the company combines its technology with objective physiological testing and data collection.

Today, he is leading Gladiator’s next phase of growth, expanding clinical research, professional adoption, strategic partnerships, and global commercialization.
