Joshua Veltre brings a proven track record of operational leadership and strategic execution to his role as General Manager of Gladiator Therapeutics, a position he has held since April 2023. With a background that spans large-scale operations management, team development, and financial oversight, Josh is well-equipped to lead Gladiator Therapeutics’ growth and mission of delivering innovative Far Infrared therapy solutions to patients and practitioners alike.

Prior to joining Gladiator Therapeutics, Josh spent nearly a decade with Halliburton’s Energy Services, where he rose to Northeast Operations Leader overseeing a team of 120+ professionals, managing a $90M annual operation, and directing $15M in assets across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. His career reflects a consistent ability to build high-performing teams, drive results, and solve complex problems in demanding environments.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, giving him a foundational understanding of human performance that directly informs his passion for health and wellness technology. A former NCAA Division I wrestler, Josh’s competitive drive and commitment to excellence are hallmarks of everything he does.
